This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services purchased from Scarlyx Agro.
For project-based consulting services, we typically require a deposit before work begins. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers initial research and planning.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, and no refunds are provided for completed work that meets the agreed-upon specifications.
If you cancel a project before we have started any substantial work, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email.
Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, but you will not be charged further if you cancel before the project is completed.
For hourly consulting engagements, you are billed for actual hours worked. No refunds will be issued for hours already completed.
If you have prepaid for a block of hours, you may request a refund for unused hours, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
Our marketing strategy deliverables are customized for each client. Because of the bespoke nature, we generally do not offer refunds on completed strategy documents or reports.
If you believe the final deliverable does not match the scope agreed upon in your contract, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss revisions.
In the event that we are unable to deliver the services as promised due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund proportional to the work not performed.
We will notify you promptly of any such situation and work with you to find an acceptable resolution.
Any refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 14 business days of approval. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued in US dollars regardless of the original currency of payment.
If you have purchased a package that includes multiple services, and you wish to cancel part of the package, refund eligibility will be determined based on the proportion of services already delivered.
Bundled discounts may be recalculated if you cancel part of a package, potentially reducing the refund amount.
Workshops and training sessions are non-refundable once the registration is confirmed, as materials and resources are allocated in advance.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your organization at no cost.
We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with results that were not guaranteed in your contract. Our services are consultative and results depend on many factors beyond our control.
We will, however, work with you to refine strategies if initial outcomes do not meet reasonable expectations.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a full refund.
Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts will be corrected promptly.
Refunds will not be provided for services that were delivered satisfactorily but you later change your mind or business direction.
We encourage open communication throughout the engagement to ensure alignment with your goals.
For subscription-based services, if any, you may cancel at any time, but fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
If you have signed a long-term retainer agreement, early termination fees may apply as specified in your contract. Any refund of unused prepaid retainer fees will be at our discretion.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a project due to internal issues, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid for undelivered work.
We will also make reasonable efforts to help you transition to another provider if needed.
All refund requests must be made in writing via email. We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and process your request as soon as possible.
Please include your name, invoice number, and reason for the request.
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If any provision is inconsistent with such laws, the laws will prevail.
